Completed in December 2022, Set on a 1.5-acre site that was once part of a disused airfield, our recent development project transformed an underutilised piece of Cheshire’s history into a thriving hub for modern business. With outline planning permission secured, we brought to life a cutting-edge industrial estate featuring two high-spec industrial units, totalling approximately 30,000 square feet of flexible workspace. The project was designed to meet the needs of today’s ambitious businesses, offering versatile layouts, ample parking, and efficient infrastructure.
